Our Facility

Cahoy's Gymnastics features a 12,000 square foot facility equipped for teaching all the Olympic events for both men's and women's gymnastics, as well as many additional teaching aids that are necessary to learn gymnastics at a safe and productive rate.

Safety:
At Cahoy's, the safety of our gymnasts is always first and foremost. Gymnasts are supervised at all times and spotted when performing difficult new skills.

We use a variety of mats throughout the gym and  a "loose foam pit" when gymnasts are first introduced to a difficult new skill for vault or  floor routines and a harness is used on bars.
